So I loved this idea for my super hero loving 7 year old who loves to draw but this seemed to be a little too difficult for him. If you have a talented artist then I think this would work but my 7 year old just wasn’t ready

got this for my 9 year old's birthday as he has been wanting to learn to draw. Both my 12 year old and the 9 year old have used this and they both enjoy it! My 9 yr old sometimes has difficulty with spatial awareness, he has dysgraphia, and it's sometimes difficult to follow directions or a drawing or building plan, but he can follow this! he's already drawn 4 characters following the directions and doing it himself on the grid paper, i'm very impressed , and he is very proud of his work!

My son absolutely loves this. He loves adventures and he loves anything crafts. He got into the Perler Beads right before Christmas. So I bought him this with a very large container of perler beads. It has kept him occupied for hours at a time.
