I needed some new casual dry-fit style shorts with pockets. I found these and decided to order them in beige and grey. I wear 2XL clothing normally, but I have a tummy so I opted for the 3XL and I’m glad I did! They fit nicely and not tight or snug around my tummy, yet not so big at the waist that they feel like they’re falling down. My legs/thighs aren't big so they weren’t tight on my legs. The material is thick enough to not be see-thru but it’s also thin enough so you don’t get so hot. I love the pockets and just wore them on a long driving trip. I could easily put my phone in one and zip it up and keys in the other- plus there’s 2 more pockets with zippers. Sometimes I use the ties, most times I just let them dangle- I’m not a big fan of ties on shorts but they didn’t really bother me on these. I’ve washed them on normal in the washing machine and dried them and they’ve come out great! I don’t enjoy shopping for pants/shorts because of my “mothers apron”tummy- it’s just so frustrating, plus I am leery of just buying clothes on Amazon, but with the other reviews I decided to give them a try. I’m so glad I did! Today I actually have the navy blue and pink arriving so I’ll have 4 pair of the shorts now- I liked them that much. I left this review for other larger women because I know the struggle in finding shorts that fit but don’t make you look like a sausage in casing- they’re flattering, fit nicely and are easy to take care of shorts!

Wish I could give these 4.5 stars. I’ve purchased 4 pair in total—two black and two navy—in size Medium. My complaint is that the zipper on the right side pocket broke on the first two pair. The side pocket is not large enough for my iPhone 16. That being said, i just purchased two more pair. That’s how much I like them. I’ll be more careful and put my phone in the horizontal pocket lower on the leg.

If you have big thighs, these aren’t flattering

Excellent shorts. I just had to have another pair. True to size and comfortable. Zippered pockets so nothing falls out. Side pockets perfect for cell phones.what a great buy!! Great for summer! Does not bulge when wearing. Flattering

Love these shorts. They always look sharp and the length is perfect. They are so light and comfortable. Dries quickly and this is a beautiful navy blue. Definitely worth the money.
