You'll notice these have a high 5-star rating, and for good reason. Out of the box they are easy to install and work well. They wipe water from the windshield without streaking or excessive noise.I think a very few people ordered a different item or used these for other than specified. Some of the things stated in negative reviews simply were not true with the set I received (maybe the merchant improve the item, dunno).I do know that one cannot purchase the cheapest set of wipers on the market and expect them to stand up to highly adverse conditions such as snow and ice. These are more for non-snow areas. If you live in places that have snow and ice, you're going to need heavy-duty wipers and pay the price accordingly. These are light-duty wipers that are designed to remove standard rain, and they do that well. You'll probably have to buy another pair in a year, but then again they don't cost $35 per wiper like some I've seen.

These wipers are cheap .in price, but these wipers are GREAT. I mean they hug your windshield no streaks, no dragging.

I thought for sure they'd skip and leave streaks. they mold to the window just fine and do a good job. I'm not used to this kind. the ones I use have the frame that help mold the wiper to the glass. I guess you can call it the conventional wipers?! these are lighter though. they don't bounce around while in use or driving for being light. easy to install and clip locks firm. with these I'm saving 3 bucks compared to Walmart. I'll probably buy again though assuming they last
