Even if you don't box, it does build hand to eye coordination. I've lost this post sports days. So, even if you don't box, it'll help in another aspect.

Disappointing. I did not receive this item. A far inferior version arrived. Poorly made headband that is not adjustable and is made of thin elastic. The item I received sells for less than I was charged.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The quality surpassed my expectations. The ball is a nice material and weight. My only note is the clip that attaches the elastic rope to the headband can sting you on the forhead during use. I recommend folding it once behind the headband before strapping it on. If you're shorter you might want to do this multiple times as it's the only(but still effective) way to shorten the elastic rope.

Great product. Easy to make for under 10 bucks yourself though. Materials used here are decent. Should last as long as you would expect. Includes 1 additional elastic string which is nice. I'm 5'11 and the standard setup is just about perfect. (fight ball should reach you're navel) Nice to have that backup string as these DO wear out with use. That said shipping time was TERRIBLE.
