Cuts through wood easily and without the risk of jamming or kicking back.
Works really well. Unlike more conventional mini saw blades, this one doesn't stick and bind, which makes it easier and safer to use.At first sight I had reservations about the design re durability, and also the type of mounting, but having used it now a few times, I feel completely comfortable with both aspects and highly recommend it. N.B. it doesn't come with a SpeedClic arbor, which you will need.Having had two previous mini rotary tools made by other manufacturers that have come with rubbish tools, some being downright dangerous, I now appreciate the quality of Dremel equipment - which is not the cheapest, but imo, by far the best and safest to use.

Cuts wood like butter!
Well, it does exactly what it says: it cuts wood! And it does that very, very well... And fast!As with any Dremel accessory, it does require some steady hand to have a more perfect result but with practice and patience one does get great results!I do believe it is a bit expensive though for what it is...A proper saw for wood is cheaper and will easily achieve better results!

Not really cutting, it grinds
This isn't a sharp wheel, it has a rough hardened edge so it grinds the material. That could be an issue in some cases.High rpm should still produce a pretty clean cut, but also a LOT of dust.It is quite useful in one way, in that you can use it for carving by grinding out material, which wouldn't work with a sharp edge.

Great item.
Expensive for a Dremel blade compared to other Dremel discs. However cuts laminate/ wood flooring brilliantly and surprisingly tough for a little item on a Dremel. Also found it useful for chasing out sockets on plasterboard with much less dust given off compared to a multitool. Will definitely buy another when this wears out.

quite good
These are really good for plain wood. I forget sometimes and cut some mdf which totally destroys them, but that's my fault! Just a warning, as a straight wood cutter these are quite pricey but do a great job.
