Poor fit.
These are not machined to spec. causing loose fit and chance of frying your radio if shield portion will not tighten.

Product was well packaged and identified, delivery was prompt and packaging protected the adapters.
The fit of these adapters are compatible with industrial standards. Adapters fit tight and the electrical connections are excellent. I have used several of the Mini UHF to interface with Motorola hardware. No problems with initial and repetitive use. Finish is excelent.
