That's how I store mine. My fridge is only large enough to keep a can or two in at a time, so I keep the rest unrefrigerated. No problems at all.

It always needs to be refrigerated.

Q: Is it crazy to pay $4 per can fit soda? i see 10 cans for $39.99!

Actually it is, though the product is excellent. The problem here is apparently Olipop is a Whole Foods exclusive, and unless you live close by one, the only other option is ordering them. I've been searching to find a more reasonable price. Meanwhile I've been purchasing HEB's version, Green, which tastes just the same, but not as pricey.
