I bought this for my son for Christmas. He used it for a month and it stopped working. It would not charge anymore. I contacted the seller since I bought the insurance only to get the run around. They keep sending emails with the same questions and say that we won’t suffer a loss. My last message from them a few weeks ago said they were troubleshooting the problem and would get back to me and never did. I guess I need to file a direct complaint with Amazon. I would not buy from this company if they are not going to stand by there products or warranty.Update: 9/12/22The company did reach out after and tried to help fix the skateboard. In the end I was offered a full refund or a new skateboard by which my son chose a new skateboard. I am very happy with the results and happy with the company for standing by there product.

Great for those who know how to skateboard! It was easy to learn how to skateboard. The remote controller was a little tricky to use & figure out at first, as I was trying to do both. Fast charge, small enough to put in a place where it doesn’t get in the way.

This product is a great electric skateboard for the price, It is alittle short and slim. Would and have recommended it to several people

After 12 emails with customer service, no proper return label has been provided for a skateboard that only spins its wheels crazily without responding to controller. The company responds once per day ( and 0 times since a return label was promised 1 1/2 weeks ago), which would be fine if the information were helpful, unfortunately my son’s birthday was almost a month ago & we long since gave up and purchased another board for him. These skateboards are fine when they work, but after this experience i would definitely never purchase from them again. It appears their game is to wear you down until you give up instead of making the situation right. I didn’t need incorrect information on how to fix, $10 or $15 for my troubles, or a new controller… i needed to return a faulty board that was supposed to be my son’s main bday gift.

I like that it's all honest to the speed and modes but the battery life only lasts 2 miles I only get 2 miles out of 8 WTF!!?

I feel like there are other options that have comparable features for a better price. I can’t remember why I chose this particular board but I rode it to an unreturnable state out of excitement of finally having an electric board. If I had more patience or if I were better at being an adult I’d have packed it up and waited for the longboard I subsequently ordered to arrive (this board is smaller than I thought). Top speeds feel okay but I won’t have a point of reference until the 28mph long board arrives. Controller feels okay but I was disappointed to realize I didn’t have a way to easily monitor my speed. I couldn’t tell you if I was getting close to the top speed. Stopping took a while to learn — it seemed to stop more abruptly than I initially expected. I like the handle that’s hollowed out for you and it is not too heavy. The materials seem to be holding well despite my also using the board as game for my dog to chase, nip at, and flip over. I’m sure I could’ve found something comparable for $30 cheaper or something with slightly better specs at the same price but I’m not really that upset that i used it past the point of being returnable. Oh battery life seems fairly decent.
