マグカップはとても可愛くて商品としては満足している。 しかし、2つのうち1つに梱包がされておらず、当然割れていた。 その返品と返金をしてもらったわけだが、その対応が良くなかった。 全額返金したから5つ星を下さいとのことなのでとりあえず押したけど、正直出品者側のミスで割れたものを全額返金して誉めてくれというのはちょっとね、、、と思った。

As a F•R•I•E•N•D•S fan, I've purchased these two for me, but I've also ordered another four 24 oz cups for my loved ones who are also F•R•I•E•N•D•S fans. ❤ Totally recommend them. They are lovely. I inspect everything I buy. And other than the first one arriving broken, there was no chips no smudges no nothing wrong with any of the others. All cups were in perfect condition.
