I tried this twice, and both times I felt the wax didn't get heated up well enough. In the videos you see the wax smooth and easy to stir and it goes on smooth. I left this on for maybe an hour or so, and the wax beans were still not looking fully melted.

Haven't owned this for 6 months yet and the item already is malfunctioning. This item is not used daily. I would say it is used maybe 2-3 times a month and now it will not stay on. Will heat wax for 5 mins then turn off without the dial being moved.
