Do not glow
These look very pretty scattered around the white stones in my garden however, despite brilliant sun for weeks now I am yet to see any difference when the sun goes down. Don't waste your money.

Has to be really dark
I like my blue stones on my white stones, but it has to be really dark to properly see them
