Q: how is it made? from what is it derived?

It contains alfalfa powder, ascorbyl palmitate, rice flour & silicon dioxide in a cellulose capsule.

Q: Why does the description not just come right out and say it's mk4 if that's what it is??? why do we have to scour all the test trying to find it?

The product I purchased. shows mk-4 right on the product label.
