Very easy to fit. Powered from an old laptop power supply. has been working perfectly for several months.

Fitted unit, seemed exactly what I wanted, but did not work, I tested my power supply unit with a 12v lamp, it worked. Can’t work out how to contact seller, only return item, which is now fitted, all I want is the replacement magnetic unit(easy to replace) I have ordered another complete unit which I will return with my defective part from original order. I will review that one and if it’s ok I will withdraw this one star and replace with a five star, watch this space.

The magnet has no strength at all was planning to use it to keep my young kids out of the fridge waste of time when energised I can pull the magnet and it's plate apart with my fingers was very disappointed had made brackets and had the wiring fitted before I checked and couldn't believe how weak it was 😔

There is no way this is 60kg. I fitted this on a small gate and no matter how I aligned the magnet it could be opened with a small push.

I cannot use this product as all the information is in Chinese. I sent a message by WhatsApp asking for information in English without success.

funktioniert tadellos, erst 2-3 mal An- und Ausschalten, dann "magnetisiert" die Spule auch richtig und funktioniert schon seit Wochen perfekt.

Do not power this lock from an unregulated 12VDC wall wart — many output 15–16 V under light load and will cause overheating. Use either a regulated 12VDC supply or an unregulated 9VDC wall wart rated for ≥400 mA, which will sag to ~11–12 V under load. The lock draws ~180–200 mA continuously in real use.

Uses very low voltage and provides high magnetic force. Good value.
