I bought this amp to power 2 sundown audio e12 v4s on stock electrical and so far so good amp does not get hot what so ever and sounds excellent!! Very impressed with overall build quality and sound quality definitely worth the price in my opinion. ONLY COMPLAINT (minor complaint) is the voltage meter on the bass knob is pretty bright during the day it’s zero problem but at night depending on your mounting location could be a little too bright. Other than that though the amp is definitely worth the cash and works fine on stock electrical from my experience.

Baller amp. This thing puts out the same power at 12.0 volts as it does at 14.0. Great for a vehicle with limited room. Also great with a vehicle that has smart charging as it doesn’t constantly need 14 volts to put out strong power. Expensive yes but worth it as it puts out more power than it says. Good cooling system too never gets hot sitting behind my seats getting beat to death in Florida heat with little to no ventilation.

Bought this Salt1.5 because I didn’t want any extra batteries or capacitors with a stock vehicle electrical system and paired it with a single Sundown 12 and honestly it is ridiculously powerful and underrated for sure. Check out some amp dyno footage. Wired my 7 year old Sundown audio SA-12.v1.rev3 at two ohm rated 750rms and this thing SLAPS lows like x2 old school 12s. Can’t beat the quality for the price imo. Highly underrated equipment and highly recommended!

The amp was fine. I just don’t recommend ever purchasing from third party for sundown audio. My amp stopped working after 4 months. Lucky sundown has a warranty they honor even from these type of retailers. Best sound quality but buy local from manufacturers
