What more (accesories) do I need to buy separately? (besides the machine)

I read that people got an email from the Cricut company saying that if you own or buy a machine and register it before Dec 31, 2021 you'll still have unlimited uploads without a subscription, but after Dec 31, 2021 you won't get unlimited uploads.

Can it cut patterns for adult clothes like pants, skirts, blouse, shirts, etc.?

If you upload your own pattern (pieced together before upload to design space), and it's under 12x24, yes. So it would work for a bodice with princess seams, a gored/sectioned skirt that's under 24", cap or short sleeves, and various other smaller apparel pieces. So it wouldn't take all cutting out of the picture, but you'll get more done in the time you take since you'll be cutting multiple pieces at once. But unless they come out with longer mats, it's unlikely that it could cut pants, though shorts could be feasible.

What accessories come in the box with the Circut Maker machine?

I was in the same boat with the missing items. I thought they forgot the rest of the blades but after some digging, what's "Included In The Box" is different from the product description by the seller. Unfortunately, the seller does not mention the knife blade, the extra rotary blade, and so on. I was digging through that box like crazy, too - flipping the machine to see if it was attached to the bottom and checking the flip-up tray on the inside.
