These work great with sourdough bread. Put your dough in the pan for your last overnight rise then in the morning remove your plastic then after 30 minutes turn the second pan over put it on top then bake remove the top pan for the last 15 minutes. Enjoy baking perfect bread.

Incredible quality jar for sourdough starter. The glass is thick, the lid seals nicely, and the opening is nice and wide. 5 star item

My new favorite pans! I grease them a little before my bread goes in and once in a while they get a little stuck but mostly they just fall right out! And I’ve had them for months and no rust so far

These are not as deep as I thought they would be. I haven't tried baking with them yet.

Great strong pan. Easy to clean, rust resistant, and won’t scratch like coated ones.

These loaf pans are amazing. I have enjoyed using them to make my bread/loafs, and using parchment paper has kept the cleaning of them to a minimum. I highly recommend these instead of the non-stick variety.

These arrived, on time, but clearly used. There was dough. I always wash new things, as I will do with these, but I paid full-price for a used item, that isn't cool. I will wash and see how these perform, and update my review after I use them.
