I’ve tried plenty of hydration mixes over the years, but Waterboy’s workout sticks genuinely stand out. This is hands-down the best. We stay away from the "other stuff" because of all the artificial ingredients, flavors and sugar. This one? Clean, simple & effective. We live in Arizona and take it daily... mainly because we eat super clean with minimal sodium and this helps fill any gaps. Since starting it, no more cramping. Praise the Water Boy! I personally don’t think it tastes like seawater at all, despite what a few others have said. My tip? Mix it with ice-cold water & it goes down so much smoother. It IS expensive when there's 2 people in the house drinking it every day. But for something that dissolves well, tastes great & works... I say it's worth every penny!

I love these!! I'm on SSRIs, which means I'm incredibly prone to dehydration + I have started working out + it is SO hot outside and I am sweating buckets when I walk out the door. All those factors make getting hydrated difficult and I feel SO MUCH BETTER after drinking water boy every time. It's perfect for my 28oz Owala. The taste is a little salty, which I had to get used to, but it doesn't bother me honestly.

I absolutely love this product. It kind of tastes how I imagine original Gatorade taste but doesn’t have any of the synthetic chemicals and dyes that modern Gatorade does. I’ve tried this version and the hangover version and enjoy great results for improved health and replenishing electrolytes. I will say it is pretty pricey currently but hoping that might change in the future. Taste wise isn’t bad but if you don’t like a lot of salt I’d use a liter of water per pack. The powder dissolves quickly and is as easy to use as any other drink mix. My favorite part is it doesn’t have all the sugar and focuses completely on getting your hydration back up and getting you back in the game.
