Why 4 stars and not 5? The handle...mug grip. For the life of me, I do not understand how any company can engineer a product to keep beverages at the temperature consumers want yet screw up on the mug grip design. I have large hands for a woman. My four long fingers just fit through the skinny grip...no gloves. If this were used by a campfire, there is no getting a gloved hand through that grip. But lets be realistic. In this day and age, how many people are truly gonna buy a mug for camping? How many MORE will buy this mug for the OFFICE??? Forget commuting with such a mug...priorities here are truly for in office use only. So, we want a good hot cup of coffee that stays hot despite numerous interruptions and office meetings before we can even get to the last drop but we want it to look professional AND to feel comfortable when handled in the office. This mug grip is not comfortable. Even my husband tried the mug out for the first time and said the handle needs a better design...thicker, larger, rounded handle. And another design fail is the lid...or more specifically the swivel closure to contain the beverage while moving around with mug in hand. The swivel closure does not swivel away from the opening. Therefore, your upper lip will be pushed slightly up on one side or the other while taking a swig depending on which way you swivel the closure to open. I foresee the swivel breaking first...probably within 30 days of usage because of the design and plastic material and the need to pop it off to clean under it. So, why 4 stars and not 3? Folks, this mug is well engineered to keep my hot coffee with cold creamer warm for four straight hours. I made a cup of coffee, looked at the time, placed the lid on the mug, and planned to try it an hour later to see if it was still warm. Well, work got busy. Four hours later, I noticed the mug still sitting there waiting for me. Skeptical, I gave it a swig. Incredibly, it was as warm as when I placed the lid on four hours prior. Another bonus is the lid has what appears to be a silicon gasket and stayed on surprisingly well. And that gasket can be removed with a bit of effort for safe cleaning. It’s not a perfect 5, but there aren’t many on the market that is copper lined, double-walled vacuum sealed. The copper lining addition to the double-walled vacuum seal is what’s winning.

Hello Simply Green Solutions. I really like these mugs. I have two of them. They really do keep hot liquids warm for hours !Problem is the lids are not durable. I have always hand washed the lids and mugs but, not only have the silicone sealing rings lost their shape, but the plastic lip around the edge that the ring sits in has weakened and broke on both lids. I got about a year out of the first one, replaced it when it broke with another new mug, only to have it fail after about 7 months. I have used the mugs for only two cups of tea a day.I'd like to get warranty replacement on at least the 7 month old lid. I sent email to your customer service address about 3 months ago but received no response. I suppose you could let me know via reply here how to resolve this. Thanks !

Nice size & handle. Lid leaks.

This mug is perfect and it is my husband’s favorite. I bought a similar mug for him (brand name, much more expensive) but he only uses this one. He said it keeps his coffee hot, the lid is easy to drink out of and it fits perfectly in the cup holder in his truck. I just puchased a 2nd mug so he always has one ready to go. Bonus, he recently broke the lid on one of his mugs (totally his own fault, he dropped it) and when I reached out to find out how to purchase a new lid the seller offered me a new one! I definitely appreciate them doing that and will use their shop anytime we need any additional mugs.

I bought this cup because I wanted to cut back on the expense of making coffee with one of those fancy (with a K) coffee makers. I had an old Black and Decker, Cup At A Time, coffee maker, but due to the coffee maker’s diminutive size, I needed a short cup; this one fit the bill. But what has prompted this review is the day I was drinking a hot cup of coffee, and sat the cup on my leg. Surprisingly, it felt cold. I felt the bottom of the cup with my hand, and it was cold – very cold, though the coffee was hot. The sides stay fairly cold as well. I don’t know exactly how they insulate this cup, but it’s insulative properties are phenomenal. All that aside, it also looks sharp, and with its steel construction, I’m sure it’ll last for some time. This product is worth every penny.

Hard to believe I could be so excited about a mug, but I am. Lol Keeps coffee pretty warm for a couple hours...not scalding hot, but warm. Mostly, I love that it keeps my bed time milk cold for several hours. I can have a cold sip in the middle of the night. :) Also I once knocked it over with the lid on/closed and nothing spilled. Wow! Cleaning both the lid & mug is a breeze...just soak in soapy water a minute.

Very nice cup, beautiful color, good grip and super light weight. Elegant and very convenient to hold and drink, doesn't get hot outside. Large handle will work well for man's hand as well. Altogether I am happy with this choice!

Mug is great, as described. Good quality, Only issue is the little thing on the lid that closes is supposed to come off but it won’t.

I bought this Camp Mug so I could drink my coffee at home at a leisurely pace... Disappointed. It does not keep my coffee much warmer than a regular coffee cup. I tried pre-heating the mug with hot water first, but it didn't help.
