I purchased the **HIKVISION 4MP Smart 4G Hybrid Light Mini Pan/Tilt CCTV Camera** mainly for its **pan/tilt (rotation) functionality. Unfortunately, within a month time, the camera completely stopped rotating left and right, making the product practically useless for surveillance. The service center experience is even worse than the product: * First, they said the camera does not rotate. * Then they said they will discuss internally and update, but no clear response came. * Later, they changed their statement again and asked me to connect the camera to a PC and perform some unknown function. I followed all their instructions, tried everything suggested, but nothing worked. There is no proper diagnosis, no accountability, and no solution from the company. This shows a complete lack of technical clarity and customer support. When you pay a premium for a brand like Hikvision, you expect reliability and professional after-sales support, but this product delivers neither. ⚠️ Strong warning to buyers DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL. Once it develops an issue, you will be stuck with confusing explanations and zero resolution from the service center. Very disappointing product and even worse service.
