Q: What all is included? Can I steam" hard boiled" eggs?

There is a flat tray for steaming and two little trays for thawing. There is also a egg tray to make hard boiled eggs. I think you could make also soft boiled eggs, just set it on a lower setting.

Q: Is there supposed to be a silver heating tray because mine did not come with one?

You should have received two heating trays. My trays were white and green. I returned my steamer because it failed in less than 90 days.

Q: Has anyone used this for sanitizing bottles? How many bottles at a time, what size of bottles, and any other tips or info would be great. Thanks!

No, it's too small. Get something that's made for sanitizing bottles.
