Great taste, good quality, the nuts are fresh and in good condition, mostly large pieces, it’s not just crumbs and the papery stuff, and (at least last time I bought them) a great value! I like walnuts for snacking and cooking, savory stuff, sweets, anything and everything, so buying in bulk is convenient and buying halves makes it easy to prepare them to whatever size I need. A great buy!

Very good quality, freshness and flavor. The bag has a lot of unbroken halves, so I was able to save a few of those out and use them to decorate the cake after frosting it. The flavor is very good with no bitterness. Walnuts are recommended by nutritionists as one good source of the Omega-3 fatty acid ALA (alpha-linoleic acid). If a person doesn't like the cold water fatty fish (e.g. salmon, tuna, sardines) walnuts are a source of one type of Omega-3 fatty acid.

The bags are impressively large, and they're zip bags, so easy to keep them fresh I'm on my second bag, and here are my impressions. They're mostly half-walnuts, not dried or shrived up. They have a firm but not hard bite, but they're not consistent in flavor. The nuts in the first bag were slightly bitter, although they smelled good and didn't taste rancid. The walnuts in the current bag are tastier and not bitter. On the other hand, I don't expect first-quality walnuts for this amount for the current price. Overall, if you're looking for lots of walnuts for a great price, these are those walnuts.
