Astaxanthin is a miracle supplement. I did start with a cheaper brand but the burping all day everyday was horrible. Switched to Sports and no burping. 69 Y/O m here. My skin is so dry, the inside of my clothes especially dark sweats and my socks. The amount of white skin flakes is horrendous. I can rub my forearm and watch the flakes fall like it's snowing. I was on astaxanthin for thirteen days and one morning sitting having my morning coffee in my bathrobe I looked down at my shin to give it a rub and watch the flakes fall and there was no flakes, looked at my forearm which is in the same condition and no flakes. Amazing product. At 69 I do have a slight glow to my skin now, and not one flake
