Q: Are these plus size friendly?

No. For plus size 14 and larger--- they are ok for side to side if they are around ankles or even for upper body with arms. but knees and thighs... absolutely not

Q: Will this work for small women? I’m 5’3” and 110lbs. Is this an appropriate length band for my body size?

I think they are standard length, should fit any size, they just have different strength . You may start with the lowest strength and progress to the next level

The Length Is One Foot and Width is 2 Inches. Enclosed is a foldout brochure with 18 pages of different exercises on how to use each color band. Well worth the Price!
