Wonderful sound and good range. Easy to set up. Sound never “lags” when watching programs-lips move with sound same as using tv speakers. Built in volume control is handy. Able to sync headphones with iPad for listening to music and watching shows. In ear headphones hurt and these work well with iPad. Music sounds very good through these.

I did have trouble setting it up to work with the optical out on my TV, but It appears that was some sort of setting issue. I like that it connects quickly with the headphones when I turn them on and it doesn't announce the connection to the room like my previous set. There is no lag in the sound. And the sound is very clear. It would be 5 stars it the instructions include the possible need for a tv setting change. The sound is wonderful and they do auto connect.The box looked like it had been opened and returned so I was concerned I may have been sent one that didn't work for someone else. I hope they wouldn't send a used one as new, but the tapes had been cut open.

Sounded great. Broke after a few weeks. Is held to gather with only a watch pin. When it fell apart it also cut the cross over wire.DO NOT BUY THIS!

The headphone volume and on/off switch do not operateHow do I go about getting it repaired by the company?

They work really good. I bought this to use to watch movies without my little guy hearing things he shouldn't.

The transmitter and headphones worked right out of the package. Purchased a second headphone, (Aluratek) could not get the second set to pair. No customer support on weekends. Tried several YouTube videos with no luck now both are not working.Finally got a support person, (they do not call you back when you leave a message.) Spent thirty minutes with this person on the phone with him having me try several things to get the headphones paired and working at the same time. After several tries and as many different verbal instructions, both were paired and connected simultaneously.The problem is none of what he told me is contained in the setup instructions.

Good quality and made well great sound!! Worth it if you want to connect to a TV

Product as described, arrived on time, and works and sounds great. The one/off button is between the volume buttons and is difficult for aging arthritic individuals. Not a deal breaker I am thinking of picking up a second one. The ability to run to devices simultaneously is great.
