I paired this with the speed rope and sometimes do circuits switching between them.If you are new to skipping then i think this rope will be too heavy for you, would suggest the speed rope to get started with.Nice weight and handles. Still getting used to the weight and will be some time until i can do double unders with it.Its nice to have to mix it up from the speed ropeEasy to adjust the length.

Well build product, It does exactly what you expect. There is some resistance between the handle and rope which you notice when skipping, would love to see an upgraded model with bearings in. Apart from that its awesome, enjoying myself a lot with this rope and the price is great! Been using this outside with no mat and its worn down but nothing which I am worried about.
