Why did you choose this product over others?: This was a father's day gift from kids. Putting the sentimental values to the side, this is really a great and useful bottle opener and a good gift for any person who likes beers. What I like it the most: 1. Design - I got the pool table with black 8 ball. It looks stunning and well made. 2. Magnet - due to the size of the magnet, there is absolutely no risk of accidentally dropping it after it is placed on the fridge, super sturdy. 3. Functional - it is very very functional, the hood just catches all the caps and makes opening a beer just that much easier. The little things in life. Recommended!

Great novelty gift

This is great, but mine sometimes fails to catch the bottle top with the hidden magnet. I'm thinking of fitting a couple more magnets in the back of this to ensure I don't have bottle tops rolling around the floor. Maybe I'm just doing it wrong or need more practice (drink more beers), but I shouldn't complain at this price, and you get a spare bronze bottle opener to screw on somewhere else. It is quite satisfying when it actually catches the bottle top. It looks good and is very convenient to have in my workshop/mancave.

I picked this wall mounted bottle opener up for my Father who spends a lot of time in his mancave and behind his bar. Several pumps of his beer later, he is still looking for a bottle opener for those who prefer to drink from the bottle. This little neat wall mounted bottle opener solves that issue and sits flush against the wall. It contains a magnet which can be accessed from the back which has no issue catching the bottle lid once you open the bottle. At first my expectations were low but it turns out that the bottle opener itself is made from some type of metal and is quite robust and strong. It looks nice, is quite sizeable and is convenient for when you are missing a bottle opener. It is however quite pricey for what it is. Mostly ever other product you see of this nature is the same. No complaints though, it fits its purpose.

This thing is brilliant. Was getting sick and tired of thumbling through the drawers for an opener, each time I wanted a beer. This device either sticks to a metal fridge door with strong magnets , or you can screw it to a timber or brick surface. The magnetic surface catches the bottle top as it falls. You also get a second opener that you can screw in place somewhere else. Not often I delighted by a product. But this was an excellent buy.

absolute laugh. in a good way. i would advice attaching it more securely to a surface rather than the magnets as it will move if you want to open a bottle. other than that its perfect and it comes with a spare so even better
