Villeroy & BochDesign Naif 0.30 Litre Mug, Gardener

Bought for my mother in law. She already has most of the set but had broken a mug. She chose the design and was very pleased with it.

I love these, even though they are expensive.

Attractive Villeroy Boch mug. I measured it and it is actually 300ml when filled to the brim.

I ordered 3 mugs from Villeroy and Boch, 2 arrived broken. Considering the pathetic amount of packaging, it's not surprising they got smashed in transit. I contacted Villeroy and Boch, who emailed to say I didn't need to return the items, they would send out replacements. 10 days later, nothing.I tried ringing the phone number on their website, which was an 00800 number and took me through to "Rent the Trend"?? The other phone number was a German one, which I wasn't prepared to call. I resolved the issue by speaking to Amazon support, who were fantastic - sent out 3 new mugs mmediately, plus a £5 voucher.Reviewing the mugs themselves, they are more chunky and not as delicate as my original ones bought in 2002 - has the production gone downhill? Not impressed.

I bought these to replace some broken ones for my mother's set. They're the original production items.

This cup is so gorgeous and well made. The delivery was fast and the cup is wrapped nicely. Will definitely buy again
