Nice faucet with a couple quirks
When you get this you will think it is some kind of precious jewelry, the packaging is a work of art. A shame I just threw it all away, but it gives hope that the faucet is aw well made. I used this as a utility sink in the garage. I wanted lots of clearance, easy use (positioning, spray vs stream, etc.) and it is all that and more. Install was easy, drawing down the sprayer is easy and lots of hose length. There are a few quirks -- many of these sort depend on bending the spring to position the sprayer -- this does not, the spring is firm and more or less fixed (swings back and forth but very stiff). You position the sprayer by pulling hose out of the spring. That works nicely, but is different if you expected the other. More relevant -- the hot/cold swing leaves the handle, in the more natural position, positioned far behind the sink hole. If the wall is nearby, it will hit. You can position the handle in front of the sink instead of beside it, that works nicely, but is a bit odd in use, but is necessary if your sink is near the wall. For a kitchen faucet the flow is decent, for a garage sink it is poor out of the box. I removed the flow restrictor (not easy but possible) and the flow is then decent, though not exceptional. My last such sink (prior house) had half inch supplies and no restrictor, and had far greater flow and pressure. Whether you like this or not is mostly a question of expectations -- especially with the restrictor removed it is very much at the high end of kitchen faucets, but at the low end of a commercial or utility faucet. Overall I am quite pleased. The assembly looks solid, the operation is smooth, and while I might wish for more flow, it does say "kitchen" so I cannot fault it. More to the point, I have a nice Moen in a new house, but am thinking of replacing it with one of these, it really is a nice faucet.

Fantastic faucet--better than expected!
The faucet arrived packaged so well, I thought I'd received the wrong one at first. Items were carefully packed in soft bags and shipped in a sturdy box which was packed into another shipping box. Upon unpacking it, I was again impressed at how well organized everything was. The instructions were clear, concise and well-written. I'm a woman in her late sixties and I had no problem following the instructions and installing it......and it works very well. I love the weight that helps bring the sprayer back to position. Installing it was a pleasure compared to installing the fixtures in my bathroom! Love how things are already pre-assembled for easier installation.I'd been looking for the perfect faucet for almost 8 months. So many different ones to look over and try out! But, none of them felt or looked like what I had in mind. At IKEA, I found one that was very close, but I wasn't impressed with the materials or the look of them. Then, I found this Primy Commercial Kitchen Faucet and, even though I wasn't able to actually feel it until it arrived, I was not disappointed at all! The quality of the materials is excellent. The faucet feels sturdy, well-made and has the look and feel of quality that will last a long time. The handle on the side is at the perfect junction and operates very smoothly. The weight/feel/construction of the faucet leaves you with the feeling that this faucet will last a long time. The price is very, very reasonable for what you're getting. You could pay more for other faucets, but you will probably not get as much bang for your buck like you will with this faucet.Guess you could say I truly love this purchase and recommend it highly.

Pretty good
I really love the looks and quality seemed high but there are things I’m not pleased with for example the handle keeps coming loose and falling off, it is very tricky to tighten with the Allen wrench. Every few weeks I have to battle that, also the mesh filter isn’t removable so cleaning that out is impossible. It was a reasonable purchase and I’m still mostly happy with it despite some of the design flaws.

Leaking hose at crimped area no contact for seller
States 10 yr warranty but after purchasing and the hose started to leak the seller was MIA and the hose is unique which I am not able to find a replacement for. Why can people sell stuff on Amazon and advertise a warranty yet close up shop. Also water lines are really short which required me to go buy an extension to reach my valve.

SOLID, but MUCH taller than advertised (23 1/2" ABOVE the counter)
Ok, I LOVE this faucet. IT IS SOLID AS A ROCK and beautiful!! Only problem is that I wanted to put this in a corner sink under a cabinet and there is no way in heck that this is the advertised 19 23/32". I LOVE the craftsmanship, however, I can't get this below a 21" cabinet to save my life... check the pictures, but from my estimate this is a good 23-24" above the sink.

Love it. And LEAD FREE.
For starters - the packaging was exceptional. Most is recyclable, which makes our family happy (we recycle anything and everything we can!) minimal bits of plastic that couldn't be recycled, but very minimal. The installation instructions left a little to be desired, and had I never installed a faucet before might have been confusing. They covered all of the faucets by this brand and not very in depth. Very basic. However, they did explain the random black plastic tube that left me confused upon unpacking.Once my old faucet was removed, this one slid right in its place. It took a little balancing and acrobatics on my part, because I did the install by myself. (4 year olds do not count as helpers, especially when they kick you in the back while you work) Of course, this wasn't my first faucet change and luckily our house is newer and all the connections were replaced within the last 4 years. So assuming no prior plumbing issues, the installation will be smooth - with a little know-how.Tightening the faucet down to the counter was actually easier than our older fancy brand faucet. (the black tube was a huge help!) I had the old faucet out and the new in and running in under an hour. (again - by myself!)The ONLY thing I don't like about it is probably particular to my installation - the handle cannot be positioned in a way where cold is on the right and hot is on the left. I've attached a picture so you can see why. This will probably not affect most installs.
