I have been using these filters for about a year or and just wouldn't be without them, I wear them pretty much every day.Since wearing them I have gained much more control over my allergic symptoms, (bearing in mind some of my sinus flare ups are down to food allergies and obviously the filters don't work on that level) all inhaled particles that I was previously allergic to are vastly lessened or completely caught in the filters. Total garbage, doesn't stay in nose, fits badlyWaste of money

Compare to other nasal filters this one seems more comfort in nose and better fits for me but unfortunately much harder to breathe (super-defense filter). Maybe good for 1 hour walk outside but not wearing hours at some dusty work place. I tried it at home but after 2-3 hours I started to have headache - filter is very thick and really hard to breathe through which makes real health concerns. Face masks are compare to that heaven for breathing! Would be good to see some improvement and use different materials with similar filtration effect. I will try to give chance to their ultra-breathable filters even it is not effective against most of the dust. That will be probably my last try because I already spend a good amount of money to find some useful nose filter - most of them ended up in the bin. Prices of these products are completely out of this world! For that prices I would really expect much more comfort and effective product.

I got the trial pack of round ones as I have round nostrils and received 4 different sizes, but sadly they were all too large, even the smallest one was too big (it fitted but made my nostrils look too big) and they are visible from outside however if you push them far they aren't that visible, but they worked extremely well to allow me to breathe deep and protect from dust and pollen as I have an allergy. I know the narrow ones would not fit, so I'd be wasting my money if I bought the trial pack. I don't think there is much information about the size of the nostrils on the product page, you just have to buy the trial pack and try it, and if you find the one that fits you, then you need to buy the filters separately. I will be using it and see how it goes but I couldn't use them outside as my nose looks huge with them!
