Great little book (that’s what makes it special)
We’ve recommended this short read to hundreds who don’t know anything about kaizen. It’s a wonderful primer and can orient teams about to start of their continuous improvement journey.

Really easy-to-read introduction to Kaizen with practical recommendations.
Simple and clear. Can put ideas to work right away. Recommended if want to introduce yourself into Kaizen way to live.

Served the purpose - quick read, just the basics
I wanted a quick reference to understand the basics of Kaizen, so I can "talk the talk". This book is a small booklet, and takes about 15 minutes to read. For my purpose it was perfect. It highlighted it and now carry it a reference.
