Being a girl without a thigh gap, on my summer holidays I’d be in agony with my thighs chafing. They would feel like stinging nettles after walking a long way and I’d wear long shorts or leggings to try to avoid the inevitable pain I’d be in if I wore the summer dresses and shorts I’d packed. After finding this product from a review on YouTube, I decided to give it a try. This is now an ABSOLUTE ESSENTIAL for every holiday I go on. I apply it just before going out and it prevents any painful chafing and I can now wear exactly what I want, not having to think about how my legs will feel! This product is amazing, well worth the purchase!

Vorrei premettere che non ho problemi gravi di obesità e che ho semplicemente un punto dove le cosce si toccano e ho la tendenza a sviluppare piccoli eritemi. This product is very helpful during hot weather. I’ve compared the blue package glide vs the Glide for Her in the pink packaging and the difference is significant because the one for women glides on easier and smoother. It prevents skin on skin irritation and the Glide for Her is a great product that doesn’t tug on tender skin but truly glides on easily. It does not feel greasy yet it lasts all day (not like simply using lotion). It is a summer time essential and it’s super fast and easy to apply.

I'm absolutely thrilled with this product! Body Glide for Her 1.5oz Anti Chafe Balm has been a lifesaver for me. Whether I'm working out or going for long walks, especially in hot weather, it has completely eliminated any discomfort from chafing. The application is smooth, it smells great, and it doesn't leave any greasy or sticky residue. It's perfect for active women with sensitive skin as it's gentle and effective.
