Turbo Air stated tube contains refrigerant that senses the pressure/temp and will be fine. The other item is the dial does not .
So far the stat has worked, but just installed it. Only issues are the stat wire (capillary tube) is much shorter that the original. So the plastic that covers the tube needed to be trimmed to allow some of the wire to be exposed. Turbo Air stated tube contains refrigerant that senses the pressure/temp and will be fine. The other item is the dial does not match up with what is on the Turbo Air panel. I just had to modify the metal stop so the dial could move all the way from off to Cold. So yes it works, but it could match up better with the original.
