recently upgraded from a Razer Huntsman Elite with their Light Optical Purple switches, and I’m very impressed with the Apex Pro TKL Gen 3. The OmniPoint magnetic switches with adjustable actuation are amazing. I thought it might be a gimmick, but being able to set the key press height is actually super useful. The Rapid Tap feature is there if you want it. I haven’t had a real need for it yet, but the concept is solid. Key sound is very satisfying — a nice solid thump without being overly clicky like the purple switches. LED lighting looks great, and the SteelSeries software is much better than Razer Synapse in my experience. Overall, the typing and gaming experience feels solid, customizable, and high-quality. I’m really happy with the upgrade.
