Q: does this wheel fit the ovo dwarf cage?

Yes it does. This snap wheel connects to the hamster tunnels that connects to their cages. It is better off of buying the tunnels first and then connect the snap wheel to the tunnels for them. My dwarf hamster puts her food and bedding in it. That is the way my hamster Sugar Plum sleeps. Yes, it is very easy to clean with luke to hot soapy water and let it air dry. You can clean it with a bottle brush that can be purchased at a petstore.

Q: do the tubes come off

It does not actually come with tubes, but you can connect it with tubes.

Q: How do you use the waste collector cup? I doesn't seem to snap or fit firmly.

There are many times I have great difficulty getting mine back into place, too. I have to keep working with it to get it firmly back into the hole. It actually works perfectly once it get it re-attached.

Q: Will this fit on the Tiny Tails Castle?

We have not tested our CritterTrail tubes and accessories with Tiny Tails products, so we are not able to provide an answer.
