this cleaner is fine, it cleans and shines with out using water, so that"s a plus , I have not had it long so can not really state how well it will hold up long term-

Ok but doesn't seem like the original product we have in small container. Seems to have a haze.

been using this for several years. Does a really good job on laminate floors and other surfaces. Buying in large quantities is very convenient and it lasts for a long time.

While I have used this cleaner for years with great success, I was extremely disappointed with the most recent gallon that I ordered. It left a film on my floors and foot traffic of any sort left prints and smear marks. In order to remedy the situation I had to wash our floors on my hands and knees using a vinegar and water solution. I will never order this product again.

Does an adequate job of cleaning. As there is really nothing else to safely use on Bellawood this will be my product of choice.

Bellawood has apparently changed this product as we used it for several years and now it is horrible. It leaves some type of fim on the floor and you can see every step someone takes thru the house. We have been told the same thing from several other people that have hardwood floors and they have all switched products as well.

I too have had problems with my last purchase of this product. I have used it for two years and it worked great! My most recent purchase leaves a sticky film and shows every mark on the floor. I will not use this product again, unfortunately I ordered 2 gallons.

We picked this up on a recommendation from a friend and we love it. It makes our wood floors look fantastic, it smells nice, and the wood isn't oily afterwards. With a combo mop/sprayer it's easy to use too.
