Comes with a plastic scoop. I'm allergic to dairy products, so can't use milk in my coffee. I put one scoop of this MCT oil powder in my coffee to use as a creamer, every morning. No bad gastrointestinal symptoms. Flavor not too strong, not too mild. Takes a bit of stirring to dissolve completely. Need to get myself a coffee frother / drink mixer. Just trying to get healthier. A+
