I took Elevit during my 12 weeks of pregnancy. I like that it's simple and compact: just one tablet a day with no unpleasant taste. After a week, I started to feel some constipation, but I resolved it by drinking more water and taking the pill after breakfast. I didn't experience severe nausea.Best of all: it gives me peace of mind knowing it provides essential nutrients from before conceiving until after delivery. It also helped with my hair growth. Best vitamins ever! I’m buying them over and over again. Used them before I was pregnant, during and after with both of my pregnancy’s . 6 months postpartum and these still are the best I have tried. Definitely recommend if you plan on breastfeeding, to feel energized and full of strength.
