Stops Nail Biting Deterrent 7.5ml

As a serial nail biter since a young age, I finally decided that enough was enough and looked for a solution to the problem. Packaging and Bottle: Stop'n Grow comes in a small (7.5ml), easily carryable bottle which would fit perfectly in a bag, pocket and cabinet. The bottle itself is very much like many other nail varnish bottles, with the brush being built into the lid, making it easy to apply whenever you are with it. The Product: I have used these types of products sparingly throughout my life and I would say that Stop'n Grow does the job just as well if not better than many of the other ones that I have tried to use here and there before. While the solution isn't the most disgusting thing you will taste, its key selling point is how bitter it is. It makes you recognise what was once a habit and leads you to be able to correct it yourself. You're left with a bitter taste for about 15 seconds, enough to put you off going in for round two. Use: I apply the product twice a day and try and leave it to dry for a good few minutes before doing any other activity, while also avoiding getting my nails wet at all during this time. The solution looks like it has barely been used and yet the effect is noticeable at any point throughout the day. [Will update with how long a bottle lasts once I've got through it or more hopefully stopped biting my nails altogether] Overall I would buy this product over others every time. It does the job well, is good value and very practical to use in day to day life.
