this is simply amazing. makes a great cup of coffee. i would absolutely recommend grinding your own beans to a coarse ground. i tried with fine pre-ground coffee and there was some bits in there at the bottom.

As a coffee addict this was the perfect addition to my camping cookware. Although it initially took me a test brew to figure out how much water/coffee to add, this Stanley pour over set works like a champ on chilly mornings. Tried other sets but this one has it all!
