Cheap zippers
Zipper broke, barely had it a month into the school year. Zipper is cheap plastic. Its not metal.

Few flaws
Took forever to get shipped. One of the zippers was broken. Looks like stickers were placed on it. Rating highly because while I see that it was flawed and the wait was super annoying, my child loves this backpack.
