I had no success with kefir grains so I tried this. Boys does it work! I easily make kefir and it turns out consistently good each time.

It is a great product and can be used easily to make milk kefir. Sadly, this product has gone up $5.00 since I last bought it. This is disappointing.

The kefir starter packs are affordable and quite easy to prepare. I found it is best for fermentation to occur in wide mouth vacuum flask.
