Solid bag, worth the $ on a big job site
I’ve used this bag for 1 week and love it. Perfect for large, multi story job sites. It could use a few belt clips on the exterior to hang a drill or tape measure but it is pretty badass as is. Very solid and well built. If there is a weakness it is the telescoping part of the handle. Feels less sturdy than the rest of the bag.

Handle does not work.
I was so excited to receive this top of the line and (supposed to be) high quality rolling tool bag that was expensive....$200 is a LOT for this blue collar guy. Thinking I was buying a huge upgrade from my previous rolling tool bag which only lasted a year before the zippers gave way.....I was really looking forward to high quality under the Klein name. WRONG!!! Although the tool bag itself was great...fit all of my tools and then some (I was SO EXCITED)...but then, BOOM. The handle won't come up. At all. After fiddling with it, the right side started coming up but not the left. Cheap. The handle is made from CHEAP components. I fiddled with this for quite awhile before finally giving in and giving up. I can't have a tool bag that is faulty when I work with electricity every day and need to get from one place to another all the time. I don't have time to fiddle with a tool bag that doesn't work. So disappointed in this Klein product. I was really expecting better for that price.

Too big for a backpack
It is too big for a backpack but it is a very solid and sturdy tool bag. Lots of room and many pockets to keep your tools. But if you fill only half of those pockets you will not be able to lift it and use as a backpack . Wheels are awesome

Not quite as durable as expected
I bought this for my husband as a birthday gift, and initially it was great. (He's had it for almost 2 years.) He wanted something that would travel well and unfortunately, this bag kind of missed the mark. There is plenty of room for everything, but it doesn't strap in tightly enough, so after a flight, everything is all over the bag from being tossed around. A year and a half in, and the handle was destroyed. Airlines are hard on bags, but based on the Klein name, we were expecting more durability. It's also not practical as a backpack. The outer body has held up well but there have been zipper issues.

Buttons on extending handle, not working properly
The media could not be loaded. Hello, my name is Brandon,I’m going to share my recent purchase experience on this product, hopefully this will help anyone that has been anticipating buying one of these tool backpacks on wheels. First off let me say. This is a great tool bag on wheels! very durable And mobile. I am in the power generation field, and this bag helps me greatly because of its storage capacity for my tools and mobility.. If you’ve ever had to carry your tool bag (heavy and no wheels) through an airport like I have domestically and internationally., then you can probably just imagine how much I appreciate this Great invention on wheelsWith that said, im a very busy person at times, and when I received this backpack on wheels, I did not inspect it thoroughly, because I made the assumption that I can trust this name brand as I always have in the past . This particular name brand has a reputation of producing incredibly built long lasting great products.. So I left the house with confidence on its first day …when I got to the field I pushed the button to use the bag like a suitcase and pull it behind me as it was designed and the buttons on the rail that are supposed to lock in place did not engage and it becomes lopsided because the handle wants to go back in, . Yes you can still pull it behind you, Just the fact that it’s not performing the way it’s supposed to is a little irritating. considering the price expectation from this company that I had.So I recommend thoroughly inspecting yours that way if there’s a problem, you can most likely contact customer service and they will help you resolve the situation.I can’t afford to buy myself another one right now but I probably will in the future. I was really hoping this bag was going be the one that i could use for years. because i took mine immediately to the field I don’t even attempt to return it or call customer service because I’m pretty sure they would’ve asked me if it had been used at all and it had been used. .I just wish Tool bag fairy would send me another one :-All in all I really think this is a great product. I just so happen to get the one that was probably not supposed to hit the shelves because it would’ve failed inspection before even leaving the distribution center. I hope this review helps.

Astonishing
Absolutely amazing quality. Handles a bit janky as it won’t click on all the time. Straps are strong as heck. Casing is stupid strong. Wheels are great. And functions smoooooth. (Lube your zippers with crayon or candle wax)
