When they called the Wuben X2 “ PRO “, they weren’t lying. It runs on two included 920 mAh 14500 Lithium-ion batteries that recharge inside the aluminum case using an included USB-C cable. In a pinch, you can run it on just one cell or substitute ordinary AA’s (with lower output and runtimes). I think this is its best feature. In an emergency, it helps to keep backup power sources available. The baseplate has a strong magnet and a locking button to keep it closed and watertight. You can switch between handheld or helmet mounting with the included helmet mount hardware and removable tail button. You can vary the output levels and side light colors just by button presses or slider and thumbwheel turns. It’s easy to switch the front side lamp between white, red, green, blue or even purple if you like. I’ve only used it for a couple of days, but it’s quickly becoming my favorite light and a whole lot lighter than the giant D cell lights that I always used.

Small powerful flashlight. This flashlight has a few different features which makes it easy to use. Super bright or dim it down with easy to use turn dial. Magnet on the bottom to stick on metal surfaces makes it handy. I would recommend this for sure.

I have really enjoyed this little light! Probably the most features of any light that I've tried. The dial switch is a novel way to change between flood & throw. The side light being able to angle up & down makes it really practical as a clip on light. Multi fuel options gives you plenty of ways to power it & keep it going. Overall a fun, unique light with plenty of power at its size

Fantastic light! It's got so many different emitters I'd be shocked if there was a situation it couldn't cover. Mine came with an extra clip on tail switch too which was a nice surprise, it makes getting to your last function super quick and if you want the extra customizability or to change your last setting you can start clicking with the other button. All the lights are surprisingly bright and being able to flood or throw or both is really cool to switch between. Also Love that I can recharge the two included batteries with the USBC onboard, makes it much easier to take with you anywhere and not have to worry about extra batteries or an external charger

Just wanted to share my thoughts on the Wuben X2 Pro flashlight that I've been carrying around for a bit now. 1) First off, when you pick it up, it just feels good. It's super compact – like, genuinely pocketable – but it's got a nice heft to it. You can tell it's built to last, not some flimsy plastic toy. It just feels solid and well-made. Keep in mind though if you wear lighter weight shorts. 2) The light itself. This thing is BRIGHT. Like, surprisingly bright for its size. I've used it walking my dog early morning and it throws a beam way out there, lighting up everything. It's got all these different modes too – from a super intense "Turbo" when you need to see everything, to a wide "Flood" for general area lighting, or a focused "Spotlight" for zeroing in. And switching between them is really easy with its cool toggle and rotary switch design. You can even smoothly dim the light to exactly what you need, which is a nice touch. The controls can take some getting used to, so recommend practicing a bit. 3) The side light – super useful. It puts out a good amount of white light, and it even has RGB colors that you can switch with rotary dial. The colors are fun for setting a vibe or just making it easy to spot in the dark. Again, you can dim this one too, which is awesome. 4) Battery-wise, it comes with two rechargeable batteries, and they last a long time. What's super smart is that it can still run on just one battery, or even regular AA batteries if you're in a pinch and don't have a charger nearby. That's some serious peace of mind for camping or emergencies. And charging is easy with USB-C. 5) Misc, magnetic til switch, it's waterproof (IP68 comes with lanyard, USB C cable and helmet mounting accessories. Wuben did a nice job with the X2 Pro. It's powerful, super versatile and easy to use, assuming you take some time to get to know the unique controls.
