Shaklee - B-Complex - with Biotin, Thiamin, Folate, and Niacin for Energy - 120 Tabs

It is a COMPLEX of B vitamin, formulated the way Bs occur naturally in foods. It does provide energy. I’ve bought Shaklee products many, many years.

I have been using these after being introduced to them by a very good friend 6 yrs ago. I tried other brands as a comparison, and nothing even comes close! Great energy - and if Im having a long day will take one late in th eday and just feel revived. I recommend this 100% In fact ,I've decided to look for other supplements made by Shaklee because I know this brand does work, is safe and makes me feel great.

I still have a little problem swallowing pills, but these are excellent and know they work. Right now, I'm taking them for my pain in my leg, doctor recommended, for recover.
