product was great. it came with plenty of necessary parts. It powers my new setup with ee's. It was not that expensive. it is worth the buy!

Easy to install, full modular, quiet and plenty of power. On a full tower case the power for the cpu and main power cables are to short, luckily I had both pigtails and my system is running smooth.

I have purchased and used Rosewill electronic products in many builds over the years and always been very satisfied with their products and service. Having said that, this was a different case entirely. The PSU arrived DOA and having built many computers I am aware that this does happen from time to time. So, instead of going through Amazon I decided to go directly to the manufacturer with my issue. They responded quickly to my email and sent me an RMA to return the faulty item to them. AT MY COST. Well, it cost me $50.00 to ship an item that originally cost me $88.00. So, now I have $138.00 in this item and still no Power supply. I waited for 10 days and no response from Rosewill. I sent them another email enquiring as to what was going on with my PSU. FINALLY, they responded that a replacement would be shipped shortly. It arrived a week later. My complaint with them is their poor customer service, not their product quality. In the future I will go through Amazon with product issues, they have always treated me well with things like this and they will deal with companies like Rosewill instead of me going it on my own.

Very heavy for its size, built like a tank. Comes with all the necessary detachable cables so you can just employ the cable connections needed for you rig. The cables themselves are heavy duty as the the Mains Power cable. Real quiet when operating. A very nice powers supply...

Purchased this for a audio recording build, the fan runs at full bore and sounds like a hair dryer. So it functions but I am concerned with longevity.I contacted Rosewill directly and they sent me the wrong replacement. Then over the next week they bungled the return process by not sending me the return label. Then they sent me 2 return labels. Now I can not seem to get ahold of the tech department at all.I am trying to return it now but OUTLET PC has responded with a canned message to stick a paper clip in it to test it. The power supply works it just SOUNDS LIKE A HAIR DRYER. More waiting games!Luckily Amazon said if they didnt respond appropriately in a certain amount of time they would just refund my money.
