This is my first sous vide machine and I was really excited to try it out. After watching a few online videos, I found it very easy to use. It cooked steaks perfectly—super juicy and full of flavour with precise temperature control. The panel is easy to use with a clear display. The build quality is excellent, and it’s quiet and compact, so very easy to store away after use. It is priced at £259.99 at the time of review, which I think is reasonable considering the build quality and performance. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sous vide machine.

This sous-vide machine is solid and sturdy. The quality of it is good.It works well and does a good job of sous-viding. It keeps a consistent heat. It is easy to use.It is quite big and heavy compared to my other sous-vide machine.I think that it is a bit pricey at £249.99. It works well but doesn’t have features like wifi, like some sous-vide machines have.Apart from the price, I am happy with it. ☺️

Wow, I never thought I would have the luxury of using a sous vide machine in my own home. This piece of equipment is great for elevating your cooking. It's relatively small and so can store easily, but you will need a large kitchen, or somewhere outside of the kitchen to store it as it still takes up a significant amount of cupboard space.I've so far used this to cook fish, steaks, vegetables and a larger joint of beef. All have been fabulously tender.The machine itself is super simple to use and heats up quickly. I've checked the water temperature at intervals and consistently keeps it exactly as you set it. It also runs nice and quietly in the background.I'm very impressed!

Now I'm no expert with this type of professional equipment but I know a man who is.I gave this to my chef friend who compared this to his stand alone Sous Vide Machine. He was blown away with the speed, ease of use and accuracy when measuring the temperature with his professional thermometer. He also loved the portability as he often cooks at outdoor events or clients homes and therefore to have this type of tech on the road is incredibly useful. Highly recommended.

The temperature range goes from 0-99°C, perfect for everything from a lovely bit of steak to perfectly tender veg.I'm chuffed that it's waterproof, especially with my three-year-old's tendency to splash about near the worktop. What a relief that is! The quietness of it proper surprised me - makes less noise than my little ones during those precious peaceful moments at home. Getting started was a doddle, though I should mention it does take up a fair bit of counter space if you're working with a cramped kitchen.All things considered, it's worth every penny if you're keen to explore new cooking techniques. For anyone who fancies adding a bit of sophistication to their cooking without faff, this might just be the kitchen gadget you've been after.

Fantastic portable sous vide machine. This is really great, it is perfect for us as we have limited storage room for a large sous vide machine. This is very versatile and easy to use, and cooks meat beautifully.

The media could not be loaded. Perfect for home or commercial use, well built device that easy and intuitive to use. It is a large unit that is very well built. After using it several times its hold temperature very well and using a separate thermometer to check the device is accurate to temperature displayed/set to . The box it comes in is good quality for storage purposes. It alo looks good in the kitchen it's clean and sleek design with a easy to use display. The only reason I couldn't give it top marks is it's hard to find a suitable bath for it and at this price point they don't even sell a dedicated one separately, however it will fit almost any large pan or bath due to its universal design. It currently priced at £299 wich it very good for the quality you get highly recommend
