The clubs are well made. I won’t know if they increase my club head speed for a few weeks, but I am hopeful!

This system makes great sense especially when you’re stuck at home for extended periods. Plus it’s a great workout.

I'm 77 years old and just completed Level 1 with my senior set. I don't have any means of measuring club head speed but I do have very positive results. After 5 weeks of drills with my 'sticks' I've lowered my long time course GHIN handicap from 24 to 21. Can't wait to see results after Level 2 and 3. Level 4 & 5 will have to wait until next year

Even though I haven’t spent 3 sessions a week with them, my speed has increased 6-7 miles per hour in the last 7 weeks. Helps me swing through the shot easier to a full finish.

Due to injuries (knee, index finger) I've had to go slower than recommended through the swing levels. That being said, I do feel that my swing is changing for the better.

Easy to use and seems to work.

I'm a senior golfer with a 13-14 handicap. I used the program religiously for about three months and went through the first two training phases. I saw a slight improvement in my driving distance (maybe 5-10 yards) and very little (if any) difference on my irons. Poor results might be due to my lousy swing mechanics - who knows...Anyway, I recently broke one of the clubs by accident. I got to close to an object while swinging. I contacted customer service about purchasing a replacement and received no response from them. So at this point I'm done with the program. Wasn't worth the time and effort anyway....

Only been using for month and info material states it takes 6 weeks to see improved speed/distance. I got the senior set but would recommend if a senior is in good physical shape and flexible that person should get a regular set.
