some bits work some don't
The micro USB that came with it kept triggering "error" message on my laptop. Fortunately I don't need it. I couldn't save changed time & date settings despite following instructions and also resetting device. I left a question on Amazon page about how to contact professional support mentioned above in the guarantee. I was advised to email [email protected]. They sent me a more detailed manual than the one that came with the device. Using this I was able to sort out the saving time / date problem but the same problem recurred a few days later. Date +time seem to need resetting for each recording session. Otherwise the camera is easy to operate and seems to function as described.

dont waste your money
had this a while and all I can say is.. it is rubbish, dont waste your money..battery life is useless picture quality in daylight is ok but night vision is useless.overall operation is confusing. cant use the magnetic ball mount while it is plugged in to usb as the cable moves the camera.. size and looks are perfect.. very disappointing.

Really Great Camera
Great product and very easy to setup. I was watching my house from 5 miles away within 10 minutes of turning it on. And I can now keep a better eye on everything while I'm at work. Its Camera takes great video. And it's great to be able to view it from my phone! I would like it if it could have a little more battery time.”

These are crap didn't pic up motion so complicated to use the instructions were terrible needs to be better all in all I wish I never bought these waste of money

Definitely recommended
