The World Encyclopedia of Coffee

An excellent, beautifully illustrated and incredibly informative book. I never knew there was so much to coffee. Loads of history, geography and explanations on the development and effort that goes into delivery that simple mid morning cuppa that we love. The book also details load of different systems and techniques for making various types of coffee drinks, including but well beyond, your basic espresso, cappuccino, americano, etc. A must have for coffee lovers.

Although the cover is not as colorful or necessarily appealing as some of the other coffee books out there, the inside of this books is amazing! I particularly wanted it because it talks about Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee. So much information and ideas, and surprisingly good price!
