Pro tip —when you’re getting it set up, there is a plastic piece beneath the water reservoir that you have to remove first in order for the water to filter through! I thought mine was broken at first, but eventually figured it out! Worth every penny! Looks so beautiful on my kitchen counter!

This is a great looking machine! I wrote a poor review before because I received a faulty machine. Customer service rectified the situation by sending a brand new machine and it works great! You should definitely purchase this espresso machine, literally looks like a piece of art. It’s beautiful and produces great espresso!

The espresso this machine makes is good for the price! It's a a solid deal to be honest. A little worried about it's longevity however.

I have to be honest and admit that I picked up this espresso machine simply because it's green. I'm a bit of an artsy kind of girl and color espresso machines other than your standard black white stainless steel are very hard to find. This beautiful olive color is absolutely stunning and fits me to a T. While the color and design are aesthetically pleasing to my eye and fit in with my lifestyle I was pleasantly surprised at the functionality of this appliance. I am an artist and I was looking for something for my studio which is located in a shed at our backyard. I'm working on a Facebook client or when I have a client and who is commissioning a piece it is nice to be able to offer them some type of an espresso or coffee based beverage without running to the house to get the beverages prepared. Because I tend to work at many odd hours like a lot of artists it's handy to have these items in my studio when I need them. While I have nowhere close to a professional barista this machine definitely makes me feel like I am slinging espresso at the local coffee shop. My husband has helped me set this up with a burr grinder and we have dialed in the perfect grind setting to pull the most delicious espresso shots I have ever tasted with the exception of the ones that come out of the really expensive machine in the house. I love that the water tank holds a lot if I don't always have to stop in the middle of the process for refilling. Whether I'm making iced or hot drinks the espresso tastes great. I found the steam wand easier to operate than on the expensive machine I have inside. Machine is very simple and straightforward even though it has a beautiful LCD display. It's definitely not intimidating. Wow we have owned our in-house espresso machine several years my husband does most of the making so I consider myself quite a bit of a beginner. This is very simple and straightforward I will have you an expert mode very quickly. The machine comes to temperature quickly and holds the correct temperature to get the espresso shot made. Definitely highly recommended for someone who wants a little bit of eye candy on their counter.

This is a very frustrating machine. The portalifter doesn’t line up and it leaks water. Very disappointed.

This little espresso machine is adorable and surprisingly, it takes up less of a footprint on my counter than I expected it would. It has a pretty substantial, solid feel. The olive green color and toggle switches give it a nostalgic vibe. It arrived around the same time my young adult daughter did (she is home for a short visit.) She has been the one putting it through its paces with regular, routine use, experimenting with different espresso, cappuccino and latte recipes, and loving being the barista for my husband and me. The set-up was pretty straight forward, and it is pretty easy to use. It heats up quickly and the one-touch brewing delivers a delicious, smooth shot of espresso. The water tank holds a decent amount (60 oz.) – lasts a couple of days before needing to refill it. Cleanup is also easy and straightforward. The tamper included seems sufficient, and it also comes with a milk pitcher, but not an espresso stirrer to break up clumps in the grind. You will also need your own coffee bean grinder (unless you purchase your espresso coffee pre-ground). The only thing I’m not crazy about is the steam wand. My daughter and I are all still trying to get the foam at that perfect consistency for laying on top for cute designs – a user issue. Even though the wand swivels a bit, it is still a little awkwardly long to get the pitcher in and out of position for steaming without spilling. It also sometimes gives off a shrill whistle sound during use, which I haven’t figured out why that is happening yet – and it doesn’t happen every time it’s used. This is my first espresso machine, and as an entry level machine, I think it is a fantastic addition to my kitchen and my coffee routine. I hope it is durable for the long run, because in a very short time I have grown to really love it.
